International Pediatric Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Symposium (PMSKUS)
This two-day program is designed for professionals interested in using point of care (POC) musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSKUS) in the pediatric population. With the extensive experience of the local and international faculty, the program is designed to meet the needs of the beginner and the advanced clinician. The intended audience includes pediatricians, sports medicine providers, orthopedic providers, rheumatologists, emergency medicine providers, advanced practice providers, urgent care providers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, chiropractors and sonographers.

Course Directors
This engaging program will cover foundational topics including ultrasound physics and knobology as well as principles in using POCUS to diagnose common conditions seen in pediatric and adolescent sports medicine, orthopedic and rheumatology practices. Multidisciplinary faculty will provide didactic lectures alternating with sessions for hands-on skills practice with child and teen models. A variety of approaches to learn and practice joint evaluations and ultrasound guided interventions will be provided.
