Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship
Orthopedic Sports Medicine Fellowship
Scottish Rite for Children Sports Medicine Center is a leading pediatric sports medicine center, where our fellows are essential members of the patient care team. Our fellowship program offers unique training opportunities balancing strong mentorship, independence, and high volume advanced surgical treatments.
One of our standout programs is the ACGME-accredited Sports Medicine Fellowship, offered through UT Southwestern Medical Center, with Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center in Frisco, Texas, as the primary training site. This fellowship is designed to meet the growing demand for orthopedic surgeons who seek subspecialty training in caring for young, developing athletes. Fellows receive comprehensive training in managing common and complex conditions including ACL injuries, osteochondritis dissecans (OCD), patellar instability, meniscus injuries, hip preservation, shoulder instability and more.
