Scottish Rite for Children partners with NRC Health, a leading company in the patient satisfaction industry, to offer feedback surveys to patients after a recent visit. Our ratings and reviews are collected from actual patients and are carefully verified. Through NRC Health, we are able to effectively measure all aspects of patient satisfaction and ultimately display these ratings and reviews on our physician’s profile pages.
Which physicians are included in the ratings?
Scottish Rite for Children orthopedic surgeons, orthopedic physicians, sports medicine surgeons and sports medicine physicians are included as those physicians have made a commitment to transparency for potential patients.

We are committed to transparency, which is why we post all relevant feedback online. However, while we value both negative and positive feedback, we do not post reviews that are profane, slanderous, libelous or those that compromise patient privacy.

Yes, personal information is not shared. Star ratings and reviews displayed remain in compliance with HIPAA to ensure the highest level of protection for all patients.
Can anyone submit a survey to share their feedback?
Scottish Rite for Children feedback surveys are only sent to new and existing patients who have recently completed a visit at Scottish Rite for Children.
