SMS Terms & Conditions

When you sign up for Hello World SMS text messages from Scottish Rite for Children, you are signing up to receive Hello World SMS text messages related to your relationship with Scottish Rite for Children, including updates related to your visits, prescription reminders, MyChart account, one-time passcode, billing notifications, and care management.  

You can opt-out of SMS text messages by texting STOP to [SRC’s Hello World short code]. Your opt-out request will generate a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed from Scottish Rite for Children SMS text updates. You will no longer receive SMS text messages from [SRC’s Hello World short code]. If you want to join again, sign up using MyChart or text HELP to [SRC’s Hello World short code] for instructions.  

If you are experiencing issues with the SMS text messages you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing messaging.help@tsrh.org.   

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
