Emily Stapleton, Psy.D., is a pediatric psychologist at Scottish Rite for Children. She received her master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology at the University of Denver. Stapleton completed her internship in pediatric behavioral health at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah and completed her fellowship in pediatric psychology at Scottish Rite.
Throughout her graduate training, she gained extensive training in the areas of pediatric psychology and pediatric neuropsychology, working with children in intensive care units, rehabilitation units, chronic pain clinics and outpatient behavioral health centers. Stapleton’s clinical interests include pain management, rehabilitation, coping with acute and chronic illness/injury and sports medicine. She has a particular interest in supporting young athletes following sport-related injury.

Certified Physician Assistant
Cody Todesco, P.A.-C, M.M.S., is a physician assistant at Scottish Rite for Children in Frisco. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology at Bowdoin College and his Master of Medical Science at Tufts University School of Medicine.
His primary interests include evaluating and managing pediatric and adolescent sports injuries, as well as arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery. Cody is a member of the Pediatric Research in Sports Medicine Society (PRISM) and the Pediatric Orthopedic Practitioners Society (POPS).
Certified Physician Assistant
Courtney Schneidau, P.A.-C., is a certified physician assistant on the hand team at Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas. She has nine years of experience in adult and pediatric care.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Dallas Baptist University and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at Texas Tech Health Science Center. Courtney is a member of the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pediatric Orthopedic Practitioners Society.
