Emily Stapleton, Psy.D., is a pediatric psychologist at Scottish Rite for Children. She received her master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology at the University of Denver. Stapleton completed her internship in pediatric behavioral health at Primary Children’s Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah and completed her fellowship in pediatric psychology at Scottish Rite.

Throughout her graduate training, she gained extensive training in the areas of pediatric psychology and pediatric neuropsychology, working with children in intensive care units, rehabilitation units, chronic pain clinics and outpatient behavioral health centers. Stapleton’s clinical interests include pain management, rehabilitation, coping with acute and chronic illness/injury and sports medicine. She has a particular interest in supporting young athletes following sport-related injury.
