Leigha Eldridge, D.N.P, CPNP-PC, A.C., is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner at Scottish Rite for Children in Dallas with more than 12 years of experience in pediatric orthopedic care. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Austin and her Master of Science in Nursing and Post-Master’s certificate from The University of Texas at Arlington.
She received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Rush University. Leigha is a member of the American Organization of Nursing Leadership (AONL). She also is a member of the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses (NAON) and the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). Her special interests include pediatric fracture care and scoliosis and spine disorders.
Gerad Montgomery, M.S.N., FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner and lead clinical provider at Scottish Rite for Children Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center’s Fracture Clinic in Frisco. Gerad received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Master of Science from Baylor University.
He also completed the Pediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship for Advanced Practice Providers. He is a member of Pediatric Research in Sports Medicine (PRISM), National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP), Pediatric Orthopaedic Practitioners Society (POPS), North Texas Nurse Practitioner Association (NTNP), and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
His special interests include: Nonoperative management of pediatric fractures, pediatric upper and lower extremity fractures and injuries, pediatric hand and soft tissue injuries and pediatric playground and sports injuries.
Ray Kleposki, M.S.N., CPNP, is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner at the Scottish Rite for Children Fracture Clinic in Frisco. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Chester University and his Master of Science from Villanova University. He also completed Pediatric Orthopaedic Fellowship for Advanced Practice. Ray is a member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Practitioners Society (POPS), the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP), and the National Association of Orthopedic Nurses (NAON). His special interests include: nonoperative management of pediatric fractures, pediatric upper and lower extremity fractures and injuries, pediatric hand fractures and soft tissue injuries.

Philip L. Wilson, M.D., is an assistant chief of staff, director of the Center for Excellence in Sports Medicine, a pediatric orthopedic surgeon and associate program … director for the Orthopedic Sports Fellowship at Scottish Rite for Children. He is a professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and sees patients at our Frisco campus. Wilson also serves as the medical director of North Campus.
