Patient Feedback

Explore how Scottish Rite uses verified surveys to improve care and learn how to share your feedback.

Your Voice Helps Us Improve Care

Patient families of Scottish Rite for Children are encouraged to share their experiences with us and the community. As part of our core values, we are passionate about child-focused care.

If you recently visited Scottish Rite, we invite you to share your feedback. Your input helps us understand what is working well and where we can improve.

How We Use Patient Feedback

Our star ratings and reviews come from verified patient surveys collected through NRC Health. We review what families share to improve care across our clinics and programs. This information also helps families make informed decisions.

Your input helps us:

  • Improve communication
  • Make visits easier to navigate
  • Recognize team members who provide great care
  • Identify opportunities to improve

Provider Ratings and Reviews

We share ratings and reviews to help families make informed choices. These scores reflect real experiences from verified patients who received care at Scottish Rite.

What Determines the Star Ratings?

Star ratings come from patient survey responses after a visit which include:

  • How likely would you be to recommend this provider to your family and friends?
  • Did you trust the providers with your care?

These responses are combined into an overall rating.

Which Providers Have Star Ratings?

Star Ratings are available for many of our physicians and advanced practice providers, including:

  • Orthopedic specialists
  • Sports medicine specialists
  • Rheumatology specialists

These providers share feedback to support transparency for patients and families.
