The Competitive Athlete Summit
Help your athlete stay healthy, perform at their best and gain a competitive edge.
This free community event invites athletes, parents and coaches to learn from experts in sports medicine, performance training, nutrition, mental health and emergency preparedness. Through practical education and hands-on learning, attendees will explore movement screening, recovery, training strategies and injury-risk reduction while gaining actionable tools that can be applied immediately in training and competition.
- Athlete movement screening and personalized feedback: Receive a movement screening and individualized feedback designed to provide insight into movement patterns, performance opportunities and areas for improvement. Space is limited and screening spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Practical take-home tools: Leave with warm-ups, exercises and training resources that can be implemented immediately at practice, training sessions and competitions.
- Access to leading experts: Hear directly from specialists in sports medicine, performance training, nutrition, mental health and emergency medicine.
- Performance and injury prevention together: Learn how the same strategies that help reduce injury risk can also improve speed, power, movement quality and long-term athletic development.
