A paper application is required for the Luke Waites Center for Dyslexia and Learning Disorders. A physician’s signature is now optional and not required. For additional information, click here.

Patients receive treatment regardless of the family's ability to pay. Scottish Rite for Children off­ers a financial assistance program, Crayon Care, which provides financial aid to families who qualify. Please call 214-559-8630 for additional information.
