Heather Barnes, D.N.P., R.N., APRN, CPNP, O.N.C., is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner at Scottish Rite for Children in Frisco. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Nevada and her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Missouri – Columbia.
