Summer Colors - An Art Auction, now in its 13th year, was an idea born out of passion for both art and the patients of Scottish Rite for Children.

In 2009, Jenny Grumbles and Loren Koziol teamed up with longtime pals Jill and Dupree Scovell to use their love of line and fervor for form to help raise friends and funds for Scottish Rite for Children. The Summer Colors art auction was born! From its humble beginnings featuring the work of only two artists – Jenny and Jill – the event has blossomed into a spectacular summer soiree, showcasing the work of more than 40 established and up-and-coming artists, and hosting more than 300 guests annually. Since the event’s inception, it has raised more than $165,000 to support the work of Scottish Rite for Children. Summer Colors provides a unique opportunity for artists to gain local exposure while also making a di­fference in the lives of the patients of Scottish Rite for Children.

Guests will have the opportunity to bid on original paintings by local artists while enjoying drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Ticket prices are $40 when pre-purchased and $50 at the door.
