What made you want to work here?
The hospital's specialization in pediatric orthopedics and utilization of advanced practice providers in providing quality patient care.

What skills do you need for your job?
The clinics are very busy so the ability to provide efficient, quality care is important. I also value the members of my clinic teams – we work together and help each other (in big and small ways) which allows us to provide the best care possible. The healthcare industry is constantly changing so I also think my ability to learn and adapt is important.

I babysat and worked as a volunteer at a children's hospital as a teen. I obtained my Bachelors degree in theatre arts and history and taught middle school for a year. I then went back to school and obtained my nursing license. I worked full-time in a Children's hospital operating room as a circulating and scrub  nurse while pursuing my masters degree.
