Sophia Ulman, Ph.D., the Director of Movement Science at Scottish Rite for Children, discusses how her team in the Movement Science Lab is using AI and machine learning to help assess sport-related injury risk. Ulman and staff are developing a comprehensive profile that incorporates movement patterns, nutrition, sleep habits and more to predict the likelihood of injuries in children and teens in sports.
