NRC Health honored Scottish Rite for Children with the Excellence in Patient Experience – Pediatric award for receiving the highest overall patient satisfaction ratings in the pediatric category. Scottish Rite earned the award by having the highest number of “Would Recommend Facility” responses from patients and families across all campuses.
 
“Truly, the team effort and commitment to our CARE RITE Core Values create the tremendous experience our patients and families have,” says Scottish Rite Director of Patient Experience Ashleigh Kinney. Scottish Rite’s CARE RITE core values are the very essence of their culture, which leads to an unwavering focus on what is right for the patient, treating the whole child and never just the condition. “I am so grateful to celebrate this award in honor of our staff that has been working relentlessly, in some of the most difficult days as healthcare workers, to provide exceptional patient experiences,” says Kinney.
 
The NRC Health Excellence Awards are given each year to organizations that have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to improving the care experience, earning top satisfaction ratings from patients and their families.
